Field Hockey is an incredible sport played around the World. It is the second most played sport (to soccer). Field Hockey is played at the Olympics, Commonwealth Games, Pan Am Games and all ages around the globe!
Under the guidance of the former Canadian Men’s National Team Olympic and World Cup Coach, Shiaz Virjee, our curriculum involves an easy to learn and fun program which offers weekly training and games.
Overview
Girls will be taught skills, rules of the game and fair play in a fun environment.
Each training session will include progression of skills development and small games to allow each child to learn and implement skills learned. We encourage a lot of touches on the ball and making sure that children are involved in doing the drills with shorten wait times in queue. Simply put, the more touches a player has the faster they will progress in their skill development.
